About E-Ton Corporate Social Responsibility

1. Contractor health and safety and environmental protection requirements:
The contractor is required to sign the "Contractor's health and safety and environmental protection requirements " and to ensure that the contractor complies with the requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental Protection Act to ensure that both parties comply with the requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental Protection Act.

2. Regular auditing and counseling:
The company does not undertake regular Contractors audit and guidance to ensure that contractors comply with government regulations and the company's occupational safety and health and environmental laws and regulations, to enhance corporate social responsibility.

3. Regularly convene a Contractors General Meeting:

Based on the CSR and respect for international human rights, the Company has complied with the requirements of the Electronic Industry Code of Conduct (EICC), does not purchase / refuses to usage conflict minerals from the CONGO+ and its surrounding countries, and request suppliers to prohibit the usage of conflict minerals.
